This is Jakob’s HLHS story to date and we hope that as you read it you will see that while an HLHS journey is filled with many anticipated as well as unforeseen obstacles that are encountered along the way it is foremost a journey of hope.

Jakob owes his life to modern surgical practices and procedures and the wonderful surgeons who perform these life saving operations on these wee children.  We will be eternally grateful to all the many people who have helped us so far through Jakob’s HLHS journey and to those who’s help we will need to call on in the future we thank you all so very much.
