Welcome to Grace Madeline's site. Our story tells you of our journey through Hypo-plastic left heart syndrome, it tells of the love, strength and bravery of our precious baby Grace.

Even though she was only with us for four and a half months, our Grace gave us so much love and happiness, please share in our memories and after your visit we would love to hear from you in our guest book.
